Delivery

Delivery regions: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland. We also ship to other EU countries by prior arrangement (email info@veljekeskus.ee). No shipping outside the EU.

Delivery times: start counting from receipt of payment; shown on the product page. In general: Estonia 2–3 business days, Latvia/Lithuania 2–5 business days, Finland 3–7 business days.

Shipping cost: added at checkout; depends on quantity, weight, dimensions and destination.

Carriage: at the buyer’s expense and risk according to the chosen carrier’s terms.

Packaging check: before signing, inspect the packaging; note any damage on the waybill and notify within 1 business day (info@veljekeskus.ee). You may refuse goods with damaged packaging.

Incorrect contact details or undeliverable shipments: the parcel is returned to the Seller; re‑delivery and extra costs are borne by the buyer; storage fee €1/day (up to 3 months).

Delivery impossible (e.g., out of stock): we refund the amount paid (incl. the least expensive standard delivery) typically within 1–2 business days, but no later than 14 calendar days.

Liability: the Seller is not liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond its control or foresight.
